BY GENERATIONS FROM CHINA.
It is directed for all the people from children to adults of any age or
condition that wish to find peace and harmony in his lives enjoying the
meditation in movement to manage to reach a state of perfection between mind
body and spirit through the mystic of a traditional kung fu.
